graffiti can come across as negative thing as in such circumstances some grafittti can look offensive and messy which spoils the image of towns...gangs use graffiti to leave their trademark and it can come across as really offensive..
However some graffiti can come across as positive in my opinion as they are a fanastic peice of art work and i love looking at such amazing art which is unique i think.. even though i do agree that you should not damge properties with certain types of graffiti which spoils the image of the town..but some graffitti can bring an awarness and this is a brillaint way as it can raise certain
issues which need to be reminded to every one who walks by...
its also a way to let someone appreciate their art so why not!
